- First and MOST IMPORTANT: In order to be fair to our advertisers and to ensure quality communication with the webmistress.... YOU MUST BE ABLE TO READ AND WRITE ENGLISH. - Purchases which have been properly credited to your account are non-refundable. - There is no guarantee on Referral activity - purchased or earned. - All accounts will be reviewed BEFORE payout is processed. - All issues should be attempted to be resolved with admin before going elsewhere to voice your complaints or issues (such as forums, etc.). - You MUST click a minimum of 100 links in order to request payout each month. This is for upgraded and standard members. No exceptions. - You are not allowed to create any more than 1 account. Accounts are checked regularly for multiple IP's and other violations. ~ Accepted Members: All countries are accepted as long as you can read/write English. However, only Search Friendly countries can request payout, meaning that the remaining countries can only use their earnings to redeem for ads. There is a 20% discount to use your earnings for ads. Search friendly countries include: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States. ~ Payouts: Payouts will be made thru PayPal Masspay only. You must click at least 100 Click Links per month (and be from a 'Search Friendly country) in order to be eligible for payout or your request will be canceled. Once you reach minimum payout amount (and met the click requirement), you may request payout. Payouts are 'usually' done within 7 days but may take up to 30 days. Payouts are available thru Alert-pay upon request - use contact button to see if funds are available. ~ Purchases: All purcases are final and NON REFUNDABLE if the credits that you purchased have been successfully added to your account. By signing up and making purchases, you are agreeing to this Term. ~ Referrals: Your referrals are just that ... your referrals. Whether they are purchased or earned, admin is not responsible if you lose referrals due to deleting of your referrals for inactivity, deleting for cheat check fails, or any other violation of Terms. ~ Your Information: Your information is always kept private by this program. Your user information is never sold or given to a third party. You must use your own name and maintain a valid email address. You will login using a username and password. It is your responsibility to keep this information confidential. You may change this information anytime in your User Profile. You are not allowed to create more than 1 account. Multiple accounts with the same IP address will be considered fraudulent. No more than 1 account per person and/or IP address is allowed. This is cause for immediate deletion of your account, and will be done so without notice. You must be at least 18 years old to join this site. ~ Proxy Use We do not allow the use of Proxys to view ads on our site. If you are caught using a Proxy, your account will be terminated. ~ False Representation We do not tolerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals. If you are found to be using false information to gain referrals, your account will be deleted without warning. ~ Cheating With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to remove all earnings and possibly even ban the user from our site. Cheating would include any of the following: - Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability. - Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking. - Use of BOT software will result in account deletion. - Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system. - Failing more than 100 Cheat Questions will result in account suspension/deletion. - You must be 18 years or older to join. - You must completely and correctly fill in profile information. - Country Cheating - All IP's will be checked for country verification. Please contact admin if you notice the country auto-detector has made an error. Trying to cheat the country detector will result in your accounts deletion. ~ Spam We do not believe in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information. The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates, Site Specials and issues with the site. ~ Inactive Accounts If your account has been inactive for more than 45 days, your account will be deleted. You will lose all earnings, upgrades, referrals, ads and ad credits. ~ Advertising Terms -- The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials (including 'scantily clad people') of any kind. -- The website must not be an HYIP, MLM or any apparent scam. -- The website must not contain any frame breakers. -- The website must be English. -- The website must not contain or promote any viruses. -- The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts. -- The website must not exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit. -- The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows. -- The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms. -- You may not advertise PTP links in banner ads. -- Your site must not contain so many affiliates/banners that it takes too long to load or freezes browsers. ~ Disclaimer: This Program is not a MLM site or a Get Rich Scheme. This Program will not knowingly promote and/or advertise so called Scam/Scheme sites. ~ Subject to change This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed. |
